What does this measure?

This table shows the annual number of people newly diagnosed with HIV in Hudson Valley counties—Orange, Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester—as well as New York State overall. Data is presented for the years 2017 through 2022, allowing for comparison of trends over time and across counties.
