Summary Statement
Based on the data provided, all of the listed counties received above-average precipitation over the past year compared to their own historical averages. However, when compared to the statewide average for the same period, only Dutchess County was below that average, at 9.8 inches below. The other counties were all above the statewide average. Sullivan County had the highest total precipitation at 55.9 inches, which was also the largest deviation from its historical average, at 10.3 inches above.
